The Master Lock No. S3068 Seal Tight™ Handle-On Ball Valve Lockout features durable aluminum & steel construction to defy corrosive environments and extreme temperatures. The patent-pending lightweight and compact device is designed to clamp tight on handle stop to prevent handle movement. It can be applied to 1/4in (6mm) to 4in (102mm) sized valves and works on insulated pipes and in close quarters

Returns:
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Master Lock. All returns must have a returned material Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Master Lock. The RMA must be shown on all labels and correspondence with regards to returned merchandise. All returns must be prepaid and returned within 30 days of authorization in order to receive credit. A minimum 15% handling charge will be assessed on authorized returns. Returns received without prior authorization (RMA Code) may be returned to the customer. Returns will not be authorized for custom “Made To Order (MTO)” products and/or products built to a specific customer requirement such as laser-engraved, master keyed, or keyed alike products.
