The Master Lock No. 480 Rotating Gate Valve Lockout Device features a 1-1/16in (30mm) depth and 3/4in (19mm) stem opening for 1in (25mm) to 3in (76mm) diameter valve handles to surround the valve operating handle to protect against accidental valve opening. The unique, patented rotating design allows for easier installation in confined space applications. Tough, lightweight, dielectric Zenez™ Thermoplastic body withstands chemicals and performs effectively in extreme conditions. Includes high-visibility permanent safety labels.

Returns:
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Master Lock. All returns must have a returned material Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Master Lock. The RMA must be shown on all labels and correspondence with regards to returned merchandise. All returns must be prepaid and returned within 30 days of authorization in order to receive credit. A minimum 15% handling charge will be assessed on authorized returns. Returns received without prior authorization (RMA Code) may be returned to the customer. Returns will not be authorized for custom “Made To Order (MTO)” products and/or products built to a specific customer requirement such as laser-engraved, master keyed, or keyed alike products.
