The Master Lock No. S3921 Butterfly Valve Lockout Device and S806CBL3 Adjustable locking cable locks out virtually any butterfly valve in just seconds with use of S806 adjustable locking cable. The easy-to-use wedge-shaped device features a stainless steel rivet allowing device to smoothly pivot open and closed to ensure proper fit and directional application arrows allow for ease of installation and minimize error. Made of durable, lightweight Zenex™ thermoplastic material, device is chemical resistant and performs effectively in extreme environments.

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Master Lock. All returns must have a returned material Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Master Lock. The RMA must be shown on all labels and correspondence with regards to returned merchandise. All returns must be prepaid and returned within 30 days of authorization in order to receive credit. A minimum 15% handling charge will be assessed on authorized returns. Returns received without prior authorization (RMA Code) may be returned to the customer. Returns will not be authorized for custom “Made To Order (MTO)” products and/or products built to a specific customer requirement such as laser-engraved, master keyed, or keyed alike products.
