The Master Lock No. S3924 Blind Flange Lockout device is a physical, best practice solution for pipeline maintenance. The adjustable cup allows for a secure fit that conceals and locks out access to nuts holding a blind in place. Workers can perform maintenance with confidence that the blind they placed on a pipeline will not be removed until all workers have removed their padlocks. 4 locking holes allow for multiple workers to lockout device at one time.

Returns:
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Master Lock. All returns must have a returned material Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Master Lock. The RMA must be shown on all labels and correspondence with regards to returned merchandise. All returns must be prepaid and returned within 30 days of authorization in order to receive credit. A minimum 15% handling charge will be assessed on authorized returns. Returns received without prior authorization (RMA Code) may be returned to the customer. Returns will not be authorized for custom “Made To Order (MTO)” products and/or products built to a specific customer requirement such as laser-engraved, master keyed, or keyed alike products.
